PROGRAM NAME: DUMPSTER DEALS ALERTS
1.) By opting in to Dumpster Deals Alerts, you’ll receive timely updates about our services like dumpster rental, junk removal and organic material delivery, including exclusive discounts, pick-up and drop-off reminders, waste disposal tips, and helpful advice for selecting the right dumpster for your project.
2.) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3.) If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or (515) 705-2535.
4.) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5.) As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

SERVICES RENDERED
- Dumpster Pals agrees to provide non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services as specified herein and customer agrees to make payments abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement as specified herein.
WASTE MATERIAL
- This agreement is for non-hazardous solid waste which can be disposed of at area non-hazardous solid waste landfills. Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste materials that are banned from landfill disposal are not placed in the rented dumpster and agrees to pay charges, including but not limited to those contained herein, if banned wastes are present in the rented dumpster. Some of the waste items which are banned from being landfill are listed below.
1. Paints, Oils, Gas, Liquids/Solvents of Any Kind
2. Most Electronic Devices (Computers, TVs, Major Appliances)
3. Tires
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- There are a select number of additional charges that Dumpster Pals can and will assess if during service times. Some of the additional charge items are listed below.
1. $25 Per Day Charge For Additional Days After Included Rental Term
2. $75 Dumpster/Truck Cleaning Fee - Spilled Paints, Liquids/Solvents
3. $50 Per Banned Electrical Device/Appliance, Per Tire, Per Mattress
PAYMENTS
- Customer agrees to make payments for any and all charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially used for payment, the customer agrees to allow Dumpster Pals to charge subsequent charges and fees contained herein to the credit card on file. Customer agrees to make immediate payment for all fees and charges and to pay 1.5% annual interest and all attorney fees, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances.
DRIVING AREAS AND EQUIPMENT
- Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to equipment for Dumpster Pals during service times. Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dumpster Pals against any damage caused by trucks or equipment to pavement, curbs, driveways, or any driving surface or service areas. Additionally, customers agree not to overload dumpsters by weight or by volume. Dumpster Pals is not responsible for cleanup of any spills from banned paints, liquids, or solvents of any kind. Dumpster Pals will use best practices to guard pavement, curbs, driveways, and all driving surfaces/service areas. Drivers will place boards under each dumpster for added protection.
TERMS & PRICING
- Service under this agreement will commence on the delivery date. Should customer need to cancel prior to delivery, please provide a days notice. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame.
Agreed upon per size dumpster pricing includes delivery/pickup, allotted tonnage, and rental period beginning at the time of delivery. Dumpster Pals does not automatically schedule Pick Up after the rental period; customers may hold the dumpster for additional days, but applicable day rate is assessed after final day of the rental period.
Additional charge for weight over the included amount is prorated at $50 per ton. For example, if your bin includes 1 ton in the price, and it weighs 1.5 ton at the time of unloading, then the additional weight charge to cover dump expenses would be $25.00 (which is $50x the additional .5 ton).
Initial payment will be processed the day of the dumpster delivery. Applicable additional fees (weight overages, banned items, extra rental days, etc.) will be charged after the dumpster is collected and unloaded.
